| The very first time I took it, I didn't eat within a half hour and felt very shaky and nauseous but was fine once I ate. The first week I took them, I watched what I ate also and drank lots of water and lost 2 lbs a day for one week. Then nothing the following week. I'm going to stop them for a week or so and try again hoping to lose another 12 pounds again. I think they worked well at first. |

| The 10 day product works really well but you have to follow the plan exactly and do a ton of cardio. I cycled this product about 5 times and lost 20 lbs post pregnancy weight in about 3 months. Of course, this was about a year after I had the baby and my body was ready to let go the extra weight. I have tried it after baby #2 but haven't been diligent with the diet and the cardio that must be done so I haven't had the same results but I know its my fault. I recommend this product but you have to follow their plan for the entire 10 days! |
