| Works okay, but I'm not following the plan exactly as it says to. It does give me all kinds of energy, which is good because I don't sleep very much and I wait tables in a place that is usually very busy. As soon as I slow down, though, it makes me very hungry. The first couple of days were the worst, so I just take one a day (but I'm not that big to begin with, we're talking 107ish pounds before the pills) |

| I have been taking this pill for over 2 years and with it and slim fast I lost 100 pounds.There were no side effects and this was the only dietpill that helped me to lose weight after having 3 kids.I had no food cravings.But when I stopped taking it for 4 months i did gain some weight back.So I have been on this pill again for a month and i do not crave sweets and food. |

| The 10 day product works really well but you have to follow the plan exactly and do a ton of cardio. I cycled this product about 5 times and lost 20 lbs post pregnancy weight in about 3 months. Of course, this was about a year after I had the baby and my body was ready to let go the extra weight. I have tried it after baby #2 but haven't been diligent with the diet and the cardio that must be done so I haven't had the same results but I know its my fault. I recommend this product but you have to follow their plan for the entire 10 days! |
