| I just started taking TrimSpa and I'm excited to see what happens. I've been exercising and eating healthy and I've lost 35 pounds. I'm ready to kick things up a notch and get rid of those last few pounds and really tone up. I also have to say that someone should never take these reviews too seriously. Too many people take diet pills but are too lazy to do the actual diet and the exercise that needs to go along with it. Diet pills are supplements...not miracles. You will never lose weight if you sit on your butt, eat junk food, and pop a Trimspa pill a few times a day. |

| THE ZANTREX PILL IS VERY GOOD IM ON THE ARMY AN WHEN I ENTER I USED IT COMBINE WITH RUNNING AND CARDIO IT MAKE ME LOST 55 POUNDS IN 3 MONTHS JUST MAKE SURE WHEN U TAKE TO IT IN THE NEXT 30 MIN-IF NOT IT MAKE U SHAKY AND DONT TAKE IT AFTER 3 PM OR U WONT SLEEP BELIEVE GOOD LUCK GUYS AND GIRLS!!! |

| Used this pill a while ago along with minumal exercise (about 15- 20 min as day) and my regular diet, and it worked pretty good. I lost 30 pounds in 5 months. It did make me feel naucious at first, but once I started taking it regularly (before I ate and exercised), the sickning feeling went away. I agree with someone who said it may be better for 1st time users....I just started taking them again, and I'm not really getting any results, but we'll see... |

| i tried this product for about three months and lost ten pounds in two weeks. i would run a mile everyday and watch my eating. i believe this product is great next to hydroxycut which makes me hungrier... |
