| Ok I am tied between two diet pills. I am desperate to loose about 50 pounds, the two that i am considering is Hydroxcut and hot rox, in your opinion which is better?? Help PLEASE! |

| I started taking Xenadrine a couple years ago starting in march, by October I had went from 140 to 115. These pills work great, but I exercised alot(2-8miles) a day. They worked for me. I don't know if the pills helped me lose weight or if it was just the diet and exercise. |

| not sure how to rate I have only been on hydroxy cut for about 2 weeks. I walk for 1/2 hour 5 days week, work a little with resistance bands and the ball but not sure if I am using them right. I have completly cut out pop, cut down from 2-3 cups coffee to only 1 and use skim milk I have also added fiber and am eating healthy smaller meals instead of 1 large meal so far I have not seen any results. I am about 20 pounds overweight 30 pounds from my goal weight. does anyone have suggestions on sites for exercises or anything I can do in addition to what I have been doing. |
