| I took Zantrex about 3 years ago for about 6 months with a week break in between each bottle, because your body can become immune to it and not work. with in 6 nonths I lost 35 pounds and keep it off for about 3 years., but I've just gained 7 lbs over winter so I've just started back up again. Everyone should also Know that the more you weigh the more you lose in the begining so don't get discouraged , you will lose, it just takes time. I've gone through 1 bottle so far and only lost 3 lbs, but it's a start.
