| Ive been taking the pills for 3 days now and I already lost 3 pounds, phentermine supresed my appetite but you still have to have will power to stay away from carbs,sugar, and not eat after 6pm,thats how I do it! with any diet pills you still have to be on a diet.I also like them because I dont get anxiety attacks. |
